Yes you can access Constructor remotely there are several different options and it’s best to set this up with your IT provider.

> ℹ️ The Constructor Team uses the VPN + Remote Desktop method, to connect to Constructor instances remotely everyday.

The following are options if you **already have a server (cloud or local):**

1. **Corporate VPN & Remote Desktop (Excellent long term solution)**

> ⚠️ VPN refers to a corporate VPN, that allows employs to access a company’s network remotely. **Not a retail** VPN like NordVPN, ExpressVPN, ProtonVPN.

Office user connects to their Office network via a secure corporate VPN. They then use “Remote Desktop” (Built-in Microsoft App) to connect to their office work station, as if they were physically seated at the office. This offers the best experience for remote work.

> ✅ Constructor recommends connecting to a office workstation first & then connecting to Constructor for the most reliable and fastest connection speeds.

2. **Team Viewer OR Remote Desktop Service (short term solution)**  
This is a good short term solution, say if one user is going away for holidays and would like to work remotely.   
It’s a short term solution as it requires the office or company to have computers available to be taken over by the connecting client. If the computer is off or unavailable the user can not access constructor data.
