# Pricing & Discounts

## How much does constructor cost?

Constructor charges on a per monthly basis for each module used + the amount of users you are licensed for.

> ⚠️ **Please note 1 user license is required for all constructor instances**

Cost of a license is $95.45 (per month) + GST.

All monthly direct debits will have a 3% service charge.

## What is a con-current user license?

Every license purchased for Constructor is a con-current user license, meaning that for each license you hold there may be 1 user connected to your database. *But this license may be shared between users.*  


For example your estimator & your accountant could both share the same license but may not access Constructor at the same time.

## What training solutions are available?

Constructor offers instructor led training courses for all modules. Each course can be delivered via a virtual classroom (Teamviewer or Microsoft Teams).
